RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Reporting to the Head of Retail, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving retail sales to meet and exceed KPI's
- Overseeing and supporting retail operations across various locations
- Working alongside other area managers to meet overall business objectives

BUYER


We are seeking an experienced, results driven and passionate Buyer to take on their dream job at our head office in Marrickville offering a supportive environment and great benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Reporting to the Senior Buyer, this role will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Managing various aspects of buying through the knowledge of key seasonal trends, product sell through, customer feedback from retail stores OTB management
- Build commercial ranges ensuring the customer is top of mind
- Analysing results and maintaining decision making reports
- Working with the planning team on identifying stock movements and markdowns
- Work closely with the product team to ensure they are working on the Right product for the business
- Sticking to the buy timelines to ensure stock is delivered at the right time
- Visiting retail stores and promoting an open and receptive culture between the retail team and buying department
- Assist with new store openings including initial stock buy and set up
- Analysing seasonal results and strategy according to OTB and sales budgets
- In-season and post season analysis
- Providing feedback to the product department

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- At least 3-4 years buying experience and proven results in a similar role within the fashion industry (footwear an advantage)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Intermediate - advanced Excel skills are a must  
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment for a high-volume retailer
- Strong drive to achieve sell through KPI’s and sales budgets
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team as well as autonomously

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Defining the technology strategy and roadmap across the business and advise on feasibility, ensuring the right initiatives and technology investments are prioritised
- Managing vendor engagements and assessments in partnership with the Head of Marketing
- End to end delivery of all key technology related projects including management timelines, budget adherence and stakeholders for technical projects
- Ensuring all technology solutions are Performant, Secure, Cost Effective. Reliable, Scalable and Evolvable and ensure tech related dependencies and risks are understood and effectively mitigated
- Leading and monitoring our daily business operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems, and coordinate technology installations, upgrades, testing and maintenance
- Ensuring all technology related activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related field (or proven experience in a similar role)
- 3 years or more managing IT infrastructure, platforms and integrations in a consumer-facing ecommerce environment
- Excellent communication and project management skills ideally underpinned by Aglile software delivery experience. Experienced with development, test automation and continuous delivery environments

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Stylist to join our growing team based at our head office in Marrickville.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Reporting to the Head of Creative, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with Product team and Marketing department to create and execute highly engaging and memorable seasonal campaigns and creative content that align with the brands aesthetics and target markets
- Keep up to date with key trends and seasonal patterns across both local and international markets and apply this to your creative decision making process
- Develop a deep understanding of the Products inspiration and translate that into quality content, presenting styling mood boards and looks that are aligned to approved campaign concepts
- Manage the end-to-end styling process, maintain key relationships, and own all purchases, returns and the Billini stock pool and wardrobes

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 3-4 years’ experience in fashion styling either in-house or freelance/contracting.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, including the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Design & Retail teams to deliver assets for digital and print including lookbooks, seasonal point of sale, EDM and social media content
- Manage all website graphics
Lead product packaging and labelling projects
- Post-production of images when required

- Manage creative output and priorities within design specifications and budget requirements
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product

- 5+ years experience in graphic design, preferably in a similar role

SHOOT PRODUCER


We are currently seeking a highly motivated Shoot Producer to join their growing creative team! Based in our Marrickville head office, you will be responsible for assisting and producing all brand campaigns and photoshoots for our two brands across both AU and International markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Reporting to the Head of Creative, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist creative team with developing concepts for seasonal campaigns in line with seasonal product ranges and trends, and then lead the on time and on budget delivery of all assets from start to finish
- Work closely with Marketing department to produce still photography and videography content required for look books, website, social, POS or any other special requests
- Drive all pre-production duties with the assistance of the marketing team including casting and selection of talent, location sourcing, props and managing calendars/dates along with attending all shoots and managing run of show on the day
- Drive all post-production duties of digital photoshoots including shortlisting selects, managing timely delivery of final assets and returns
- Optimisation of all processes related to campaign, creative and asset delivery. Ensuring we are getting the best possible rates and talent across all projects

- 3-4 years’ experience bringing creative concepts to life in a fast-paced fashion environment

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the wider Marketing department, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop a strong social media plan in line with our broader marketing calendar to grow our social media presence and increase brand awareness
- Manage and implement the social media strategy across multiple digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+ and others
- Create and deliver a calendar of impactful brand moments for both social media accounts
- Assist with creating on-brand and engaging content across our social media channels including posts, stories and videos
- Assist in planning and executing events and regular photoshoots
- Oversee and drive a high standard of community management across both social media accounts
- Monitor and report on the performance of social media platforms including conversion, revenue, traffic and growth
